Our Way Productions is proud to present Midge Guererra’s Email: 9/12 to commemorate the 25th Anniversary of the tragic terrorist attack on the World Trade Center’s “Twin Towers” in New York City.
An emotional journey that, in its wake, ensued a maze of shock, grief, and pain that led us to collectively discover our strength, hope, and determination as Americans to recover as a nation.
During this most horrific tragedies our nation has ever faced, our keyboards kept us connected. Email: 9/12 demonstrates how sharing, grieving, and even allowing a spark of humor to fly through cyberspace helped America get through the painful aftermath of 9/11. Unnamed actors play all the characters that responded to Margaret’s email of thoughts and feelings about her day. These responses provide a picture that probes into the hearts of the people that were there, had someone there and those of us who will always be able to tell you where we were when the first plane hit the North Tower at 8:46 AM on September 11, 2021.

Our Way Productions is dedicated to supporting smaller musical, theatrical, and event projects by creating opportunities free of participation fees and audience guarantees. We aim to reimburse contributors, pay for talents when possible, and reinvest in infrastructure to reduce production costs and increase future artist compensation.
Our purpose is to create an entity that supports smaller musical, theatrical, and event projects that don’t suit the needs of larger organisations. Our goal is to be able to reimburse the costs of those who contribute to our success and to pay them for their talents whenever possible.
With this in mind our intention is to use some of the financial gains of the VoF to build the physical infrastructure to lower the costs of rental requirements such as sound and lighting equipment etc. This will, in the future, give us the opportunity to offer more financial compensation to those who support our endeavours through whatever contributions they have to offer.
Venue
The very cosy Polanentheater exudes a warm and intimate atmosphere.
The theater is located in the Spaarndammerbuurt in Amsterdam and is a household name in the theater and music world. An excellent place to perform performances or to prepare, assemble, rehearse and edit a production in peace and quiet.
